Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For subscription services, the El-Cerebro website gives you a guarantee for the entire subscription period. in case the subscription is interrupted with proof, you will benefit from technical support and a new account if necessary to complete the subscription period.
To be eligible for a refund, your service must be unused and has some issue on it, and in the same condition that you received it.

- Jawaz subscription.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the mother company such as steam, Xbox, or PlayStation you need to contact our support directly.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any service not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
- Any service that is returned more than 2 days after delivery.
- Any paid via payeer, perfect money, skrill, and PayPal.
Payments
We only process orders with completed payments. In the event of an incomplete payment, no refunds will be issued. The options available to the customer are to either complete the payment to receive the product or to receive a product of equal value to the amount paid.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you via your chosen channel WhatsApp or discord of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or your E-wallet or your phone if recharge.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
